General Policy — Refunds or replacements will only be issued within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Digital Download Products — In the event that a product is found to be defective or the product description misrepresents the product, a refund may be issued. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of Christian Heritage Fellowship staff.
Refunds will be issued only after we have tried to fix the problem. When a refund is issued, the customer is responsible for deleting all files associated with the product and may not re-distribute the product.

Product availability — Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, the customer has accepted the merchandise. Christian Heritage Fellowship will try to make the product available for future downloads, if needed, but we cannot guarantee the product will be available. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them.

Shippable Products — The same refund information for Digital products apply. Christian Heritage Fellowship will not be liable for shipments lost in the mail. Items damaged in the mail can be replaced if returned to us.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing error, defect, or damage, you may notify Christian Heritage Fellowship within 72 hours after you have received your product, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Christian Heritage Fellowship reserves the right to determine validity of claims of manufacture errors, defects, or damage.
