These Came to Christ: Muslim Conversions to Christianity

Every math teacher knows that 2 + 2 = 4. Just because students offer alternative answers to this mathematical truth does not change the mathematical truth. No matter how many students believe it should be something other than “4,” the truth cannot be changed. Just as there are truths in mathematics, there are also truths in other disciplines. Because someone offers alternative suggestions and ideas to the truths of those disciplines, 2 + 2 will always equal “4.” It was true in 1517, it is true today, and will always be true.

Many suggest that there are many answers to the questions of religious truth: “All paths lead to God—all paths lead to heaven!” But the wise remember that just because many school children offer many answers to the question of 2 + 2, there remains only one answer. If it is not narrow minded for a math teacher to insist there is only one true answer to this addition problem, it certainly cannot be narrow minded to say, “There is religious truth, and Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven!”

Throughout human history, many have insisted that the religions they have contrived are true. But even the school child who offers the wrong answer to 2 + 2 truly believes he is right. He has a right to be wrong, but he must never be allowed to convince the world that his answer is correct if it is other than “4.” He has a right to be wrong and must be willing to suffer the consequences of being wrong.

In the video and materials below, Muslims have realized that 2 + 2 does have a correct answer. They have realized that believing error has its consequences, and for this reason they have turned to the truth of God in Jesus Christ. It is hoped that the testimony of these individuals will be the means of turning many Muslims to the true “Answer,” Jesus Christ!

Before the age of twenty-one, Mosab Hassan Yousef saw things no one should ever see: abject poverty, abuse of power, torture, and death.

He witnessed the behind-the-scenes dealings of top Middle Eastern leaders who make headlines around the world. He was trusted at the highest levels of Hamas and participated in the Intifada. He was held captive deep inside Israel’s most feared prison facility. His dangerous choices and unlikely journey through dark places made him a traitor in the eyes of people he loves—and gave him access to extraordinary secrets. On the pages of this book, he exposes events and processes that to this point have been known only by a handful of individuals. . . .

Mosab Hassan (“Joseph”) Yousef is the son of Sheikh Hassan Yousef, a founding leader of Hamas, internationally recognized as a terrorist organization and responsible for countless suicide bombings and other deadly attacks against Israel. An integral part of the movement, Mosab was imprisoned several times by the Israeli internal intelligence service. After a chance encounter with a British tourist, he started a six-year quest that jeopardized Hamas, endangered his family, and threatened his life. He has since embraced the teachings of Jesus and sought political asylum in America.
