Mosab Hassan Yousef, Son of Hamas: A Gripping Account of Terror, Betrayal, Political Intrigue, and Unthinkable Choices. Son of Hamas is now available in softcover with an all-new chapter about events since the book’s release such as the revelation of Mosab’s Israeli intelligence handler’s true identity, and Homeland Security’s effort to deport the author. Since he was a small boy, Mosab Hassan Yousef has had an inside view of the deadly terrorist group Hamas. The oldest son of Sheikh Hassan Yousef, a founding member of Hamas and its most popular leader, young Mosab assisted his father for years in his political activities while being groomed to assume his legacy, politics, status . . . and power. But everything changed when Mosab turned away from terror and violence, and embraced instead the teachings of another famous Middle East leader. In Son of Hamas, Mosab reveals new information about the world’s most dangerous terrorist organization and unveils the truth about his own role, his agonizing separation from family and homeland, the dangerous decision to make his newfound faith public, and his belief that the Christian mandate to “love your enemies” is the only way to peace in the Middle East.

Nonie Darwish, Cruel and Usual Punishment: The Terrifying Global Implications of Islamic Law. Nonie Darwish lived for thirty years in a majority Muslim nation. Everything about her life—family, sexuality, hygiene, business, banking, contracts, economics, politics, social issues, everything—was dictated by the Islamic law code known as Sharia. But Sharia isn’t staying in majority Muslim nations. Darwish now lives in the West and brings a warning; the goal of radical Islam is to bring Sharia law to your country. If that happens, the fabric of Western law and liberty will be ripped in two. Under Sharia law: A woman can be beaten for talking to men who are not her relatives and flogged for not wearing a headdress; Daughters, sisters, and wives can be legally killed by the men in their family; Non-Muslims can be beheaded, and their Muslim killers will not receive the death penalty; Certain kinds of child molestation are allowed; The husband of a “rebellious” wife can deny her medical care or place her under house arrest. Think it can’t happen? In 2008, England—once the seat of Western liberty and now the home of many Muslim immigrants—declared that Sharia courts in Britain have the force of law. When Muslim populations reach as little as 1 or 2 percent, says Darwish, they begin making demands of the larger community, such as foot-level faucets for washing before praying in public schools, businesses, and airports. “Airports in Kansas City, Phoenix, and Indianapolis are among those who have already installed foot baths for Muslim cab drivers,” writes Darwish. These demands test how far Westerners will go in accommodating the Muslim minority. How far will they push? The Organization of the Islamic Conference works to Islamize international human rights laws and apply Sharia “standards” for blasphemy to all nations. The penalty for blasphemy? Death. Weaving personal experience together with extensive documentation and research, Darwish exposes the facts and reveals the global threat posed by Sharia law. Anyone concerned about Western rights and liberties ignores her warning and analysis at their peril.

Norman L. Geisler and Abdul Saleeb, Answering Islam: The Crescent in Light of the Cross. Answering Islam evaluates the claims of orthodox Islam from a Christian point of view, appealing especially to the Qur’an and the Bible. The authors, a Christian apologist and a former Muslim, provide apologetic answers to prepare Christians for ministry in the Islamic context. This second edition contains two new appendices, a new preface written in light of September 11, 2001, and updated information throughout.

David Garrison, A Wind in the House of Islam: How God is Drawing Muslims Around the World to Faith in Jesus Christ. Fourteen centuries of Muslim / Christian contact saw only one voluntary movement of Muslims to Christ, yet over the last couple decades more than 60 new movements of Muslim followers of Jesus have emerged. Something is happening in the Muslim world, something unprecedented. Islam has forged a ‘spiritual empire’ that stretches from West Africa to Indonesia. Today, the Dar al-Islam or “House of Islam,” as Muslims call their religious community, counts more than one in five persons on earth. Over the centuries of Muslim-Christian interaction, tens of millions of Christians have been assimilated into the Muslim world, but what about the opposite?

Brigitte Gabriel, Because They Hate: A Survivor of Islamic Terror Warns America. Seeking to awaken America to the dangers of Islam, Brigitte Gabriel charges that the American public is “weak, asleep, or careless” concerning the world’s most violent religion. Gabriel, as a survivor of the vicious civil war between Lebanese Christians and Muslims in the 1970s, writes from her terrifying first-hand experience to condemn Islam, regardless of Muslims’ ethnicity, ideology, or historical roles. She concludes that American indifference can only result in the destruction of the nation at the hands of Islam, which has persecuted Christianity and other world religions since the time of Mohammad.

Robert A. Morey, The Islamic Invasion. The ground breaking book that proves that the Allah of Islam was the old moon-god. It has been translated into six different languages.

Spencer, The Complete Infidels Guide to the Koran. Written in an extremely accessible style by bestselling author Robert Spencer, ‘The Complete Infidel’s Guide to the Koran’ is a fact-based but light-hearted look at the key elements, values, and beliefs in the Koran.

Robert Spencer, Not Peace But a Sword. Islam…Is it a religion of peace?…Are Muslims an easy ally in the fight against global secularization and the culture of death?…Are their beliefs really so different than our own? New York Times best-selling author, Robert Spencer, of more than a dozen books dealing with Islam and the West, warns Christians against the danger of thinking that Islam is an easy ally and shines the light of truth on areas where Christians and Muslims don t just quibble over small details but fundamentally disagree. Many Christian groups, including the Catholic Church, do recognize whatever is good and true in Islam, and their leaders rightly pursue peaceful accord and common ground with all religions.

Robert Spencer and David Horowitz, Islamophobia: Thought Crime of the Totalitarian Future. In 1989, the Ayatollah Khomeni, ruler of Islamic Iran issued a fatwa calling on all Muslims worldwide to murder the novelist Salman Rushdie for insulting the Prophet Muhammad and Islam. Rushdie’s crime? Blasphemy or “Islamophobia,” as it has come to be known. Since then we have seen worldwide violent Muslim protests over cartoons, blasphemy laws in Europe, prosecutions of notable opponents of Islamic terror like Oriana Fallaci and Geert Wilders, and the demonization of courageous opponents of Islamic imperialism and terror in the West. David Horowitz and Robert Spencer describe the origins of the word “Islamophobia” as a coinage of the Muslim Brotherhood and show how the Brotherhood launched a campaign, by ginning up “Islamophobia” as a hate crime, to stigmatize mention of such issues as radical Islam’s violence against women and murder of homosexuals, and the constant incitement of many imams to terrorism. The authors make the case that “Islamophobia” is a dagger aimed at the heart of free speech and also at the heart of our national security.

Robert Spencer and David Horowitz, Muslim Persecution of Christians. The popular image of the Crusades is of Christian warriors terrorizing and subjugating non-Christians. In the eyes of many radical Muslims and their Western allies, these Crusades are still going on in the new form of American “imperialism.” Muslim Persecution of Christians documents the falsification of history that justifies this view. It also describe the real “crusade” now taking place – the religious cleansing of Christians in Muslim lands. This persecution has dramatically increased worldwide in the last decade and is now worse than ever. From Egypt to Nigeria, from Iraq to Pakistan, Christians in majority-Muslim countries face a grimmer present and a more uncertain future than ever, as Islamic Jihadists step up their efforts of Islamize them or drive them out of their lands – or kill them outright.

Robert Spencer, The Myth of Islamic Tolerance: How Islamic Law Treats Non-Muslims. The Myth of Islamic Tolerance: How Islamic Law Treats Non-Muslims. This hard-hitting and absorbing critique of Islamic teachings and practices regarding non-Muslim minorities exposes a significant human rights scandal that rarely receives any mention either in academic circles or in the mainstream press.

Robert Spencer, Stealth Jihad: How Radical Islam is Subverting America without Guns or Bombs. Most terrorism experts agree: it is not ‘if’ we are attacked again, but ‘when.’ Yet the assault has already happened. A silent battle is being waged on our nation everyday. Not with guns and bombs, but via covert sources: Islamic charities, the ACLU–even presidential candidates. They are all pawns in a stealth holy war. Unwittingly advancing the jihadist agenda not by violence, but through endeavors designed to acclimate and subject us to Islamic law–just the way Osama bin Laden wants it. In Stealth Jihad, bestselling author Robert Spencer exposes how a silent but lethal movement is advancing on the U.S. and calls upon Americans to resist it–before it’s too late.

Robert Spencer, Obama and Islam. Just after being elected, Obama declared that building bridges with the Islamic world would be a high priority of his administration. He then gave a disastrous speech in Cairo in which he apologized for the United State’s alleged misdeeds, bowed to the Saudi King whose government funds Islamic jihad worldwide, and praised the new Islamist government in Turkey after the Turkish-sponsored “Gaza Flotilla” incident. But perhaps the most troubling aspect of his plan to hit the “reset” button with Islam is his abandonment of Israel as a way of currying favor with Muslim autocracies. Obama and Islam answers the question that these actions raise: what exactly is Barack Obama’s relationship to Islam? How does he see the Muslim extremism that has targeted America for destruction?
